Shipping Information

     We are currently shipping to 48 of our 50 states on the regular basis.  We are very careful about who we use for shipping. We offer white-glove in-home delivery all across the USA. Our shippers bring the furniture into your home and set it up for your inspection before they leave.  We make every effort to make sure your furniture arrives without damage.  However, it is the responsibility of our customers to carefully inspect the furniture before signing for the delivery.  When you sign for the delivery service you are stating that the furniture has been received in acceptable condition.  Once the shipper leaves with a signature, there will be a charge from the delivery service if the furniture has to be picked up and re-delivered after replacement or repairs because damages found at a later date.  Carroll-Ann Furniture cannot be held responsible for damages found after the furniture has been signed for.  We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.  Please call or email with any questions you may have about shipping.
